The following is my timeline data point:
- February 1: I Applied and got instant approval for the Chase IHG Premier Credit Card.
- February 2: I received an email from IHG congratulating me on reaching Platinum status. Meanwhile, my IHG One Rewards Account also shows an elevated status. More importantly, the point expiry date disappears from my IHG points activities page.
