Review Sheraton Club Lounge at Sheraton Universal Hotel Hollywood For Marriott Bonvoy Platinum & Club Level

The Sheraton Club Lounge at the Sheraton Universal Hotel has been moved down to the lobby level. So do not get confused with the sign on the elevator saying that the club lounge is on the 9th floor. 

You can find the Sheraton Club after passing the check-in counter, then turn left at the bar area and continue walking straight until you see the club on the right-hand side. 

Marriott Platinum Elite and above status receive complimentary access to the Sheraton Club Lounge at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. Alternatively, you can pay for the club access, known as club level access, for your reservation if you do not have elite status with Marriott. 

Before entering the club, an attendant at the gate checks your room number, and you access the club lounge with your room key. 

Sheraton Universal Hotel club lounge hours are below:

• Monday – Friday
• Breakfast: 6:30am-10am
• Saturday – Sunday
• Breakfast: 7am-10:30am
• Daily
• Evening service: 6pm-9pm 

Sheraton Universal Hotel Club Lounge Hours

There are plenty of seats inside the Sheraton club at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. Some seats can also enjoy the property’s view with large glass windows. 

Breakfast inside the Sheraton Club Lounge at the Sheraton Universal Hotel is served buffet-style. So you can enjoy it as much as you want. There are usually hot and cold breakfast items such as:

• Turkey sausage
• Scrambled eggs
• Bread and bagels
• Pastries
• Fruits 
• Cereal 
• Coffee machine and unlimited juices, water, and tea

The evening service at the Sheraton Universal Hotel Club Lounge is served daily from 6pm-9pm. Although the meals served during the evening service are referred to as appetizers, the food is served buffet-style. Therefore, you will not be hungry because you can enjoy the food as much as you want. Moreover, there are plenty of options available such as:

• Chicken empanada 
• Salsa and chips
• Cheese and veggies dip
• Pita bread and hummus
• Cookies
• Fruits 
• Pepsi, water, tea
• Wine and beers with extra charge

All non-alcoholic beverages in the Sheraton Club Lounge are complimentary. If you want to enjoy alcoholic drinks such as beers and wines, there’s a drink menu that lists all the prices. You simply let the lounge attendant know which one you’d like, and they will take it from there. After dining, you finish the bill by having it charged to your room. It is a no-brainer if you are Marriott Platinum Elite and above to take advantage of the Sheraton Club Lounge access that is part of your elite benefits. 

Food and drinks costs can add up quickly, especially for family travelers. Therefore, Sheraton Club Level may not be worth it if you spend most of your time inside the Universal Studios theme park and eat inside the park. The Sheraton Club Lounge at the Sheraton Universal Hotel is only worth it if you can enjoy daily breakfast and dinner inside the lounge to save you money from paying high priced, low-quality meals inside the Universal Studios.
