Guam is an inexpensive beach destination compared to Hawai’i. It’s closer to Asia, so the hospitality there is more or less geared toward Asian hospitality, which is generally nice and good. You can expect the club lounge there to be superb as well, such as the Regency Club at the Hyatt Regency Guam, which offers wonderful evening services that include quality, delicious food and unlimited self-serving cocktails.

Regency Club Lounge Location and Access
Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam is located on the 12th floor. You can’t enter the club lounge without getting verified by the lounge attendant who asks for your room number.

To access the Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam:
- You are a World of Hyatt Globalist elite status member.
- Your room is reserved with club access, either using points or cash.
- Your room is reserved with Hyatt’s club access award.
Regency Club Lounge Hours
The Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam only opens during evening services from 5pm to 7pm daily.
Although the Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam operates not like a typical Regency Club you may use to, you still get complimentary breakfast daily at the onsite restaurant, which I’ll detail below.

There are 5 seating sections at the Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam, including additional outdoor seating overlooking beautiful Tumon Bay and the resort’s grounds.

There are plenty of seats, but if you want to sit outside, I recommend you go as early as the club opens at 5pm. On a sunny day, you may find the sun bothersome if you do not enjoy the sun on you, but you might get a nice sunset in the evening, subject to the weather.

Breakfast
As I mentioned above, the Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam only opens from 5pm to 7pm in the evening. So that begs the question where do you eat the free breakfast that’s supposed to be included with the club access?
Hyatt Regency Guam offers a complimentary buffet breakfast at the on-site Café Kitchen on the lobby level. The buffet has a wide selection of Asian dishes, from congee, noodles, potstickers, and rice to stir fry vegetables and Korean bulgogi.

American buffet breakfast is also available with the usual scrambled eggs, omelet, bacon, sausages, and an assortment of pastries such as French toast, croissant waffles, muffins, scones, etc.

There’s also a European breakfast section, which includes salmon, ham, and cheese.

Whatever you are hungry for, the buffet breakfast at Hyatt Regency Guam has it all. This is all included in your Globalist elite status or the club access reservation you have.
Afternoon Service
Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam does not open in the morning or afternoon, so there’s no afternoon service.
Evening Service
The evening service at the Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam is wonderful. This makes it one of my favorite Regency Clubs in the world.
What makes this Regency Club stand out is the quality of food and all-you-can alcoholic beverages inside the club lounge.
The food is served buffet style and is delicious! You can enjoy two main dishes that are switched up daily. During my entire 5 nights stay there, I haven’t encountered the same main dishes there. They served the following different main dishes when I was there:
- Fried tofu and salmon
- Potatoes wedges and meatloaf
- Shrimps and meatballs

Moreover, there’s also a salad bar with more veggie snacks and one main item that is changed daily too. The veggies include cucumbers, carrots, red bell peppers, dips, and chips. The main item in that section is switched up daily from marinated beef and poke tuna to the minced chicken dish – all great quality and tastes excellent.
The usual cheese tray, ham and raw salmon, mini cake desserts, and fruits are also there.

You won’t leave the Regency Club without a full stomach. This is a great way to save some money on dinner time.
Complimentary Cocktails, Beers & Wines
The nice thing about the Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam is all alcoholic drinks are free, and it’s self-serving all you can drink.
Beers are complimentary in the refrigerator, along with soda drinks. They have Budweiser, Coors, Heineken, Miller Lite and Coronas.

Wines and champagne are also complimentary and can be found at the same spot where the liquor shelf is. You can enjoy as much as you’d like and make whatever cocktails you want with guava and orange juices, including Coke products. The last call typically is around 6:30pm.

Desserts
There’s no separate dessert time at the Regency Club at Hyatt Regency Guam. You can enjoy the desserts with your food and beverages from 5-7pm during the evening service!
