The rate at these new and featured hotels are refundable rates and therefore they are higher than the non-refundable ones. It also looks like 2+ nights booking is required. 10,000 bonus IHG points would give me about $50 based on my valuation of IHG points. New IHG hotel locations in North America for this promotion range from Seattle to New York to Niagara-On-The-Lake, Canada. Not a super deal, but if you enjoy staying at a new hotel or happen to be traveling to one of those locations, you can determine whether to take advantage of this promotion or not.
