The Citi Strata Elite Card currently offers an 80,000 sign-up bonus in ThankYou points online. However, you can receive a higher offer of 100,000 points by visiting a Citi branch or calling a Citi Banker to have the application link emailed to you, such as this 100k points link (YMMV, the link is obtained from an unknown source).
