Qatar Airways QSuite is one of the best business class seats in the industry. Excitingly, Qatar Airways has improved its Avios search features by adding a calendar that shows QSuite award availability. This calendar also highlights dates with Saver award options, allowing you to maximize your Avios points when making a booking.
Qatar Airways QSuite Routes
It is important to know which route Qatar Airways features QSuite business class seats. That way, you can find QSuite award availability for a specific route that you want to fly to and from.
Fortunately, Qatar Airways utilizes several aircraft that have QSuite between North America and Doha:
- Atlanta (ATL)
- Boston (BOS)
- Chicago (ORD)
- Dallas (DFW)
- Houston (IAH)
- Los Angeles (LAX)
- Miami (MIA)
- Montreal (YUL)
- New York (JFK)
- San Francisco (SFO)
- Seattle (SEA)
- Washington (IAD)
How to Find Qatar Airways QSuite Award Availability
In this post, I am using the Qatar Airways website to find QSuite award availability. In addition, I’ll also show you how to spot the Saver award on the calendar easily.
On the computer’s desktop:
- Go to the official Qatar Airways website.
- Log in to your Qatar Airways account successfully.
- Within the flight search section, provide your search parameters. Make sure you select Book using Avios, and Premium Business/First options for service class. See the screenshot below.
- After that, click on the Search flights button.
- In my example, I chose one-way between Dallas and Doha as Qatar Airways operates QSuite aircraft on this route.
- Then, on the search results page, click on See more dates.
- Please note that if you see the Flexi award, as seen on the following screenshot, that is not a Saver award.
- It will bring up a full month calendar that you can navigate. See the screenshot below. Pay attention to the ones that say Available in green color. Those dates have the Saver QSuite award available for booking. In this case, this route requires 70,000 Avios as opposed to 140,000 Avios per way, per person.
That’s it. You then follow the Qatar Airways website to book the QSuite with your available Avios and pay applicable taxes and fees.
Conclusion
Qatar Airways introduced a new Avios search feature that shows a full calendar month and highlights Saver award availability. This enhancement simplifies the process of finding QSuite award availability for specific routes with QSuite business class seats.
