When flying with Japan Airlines Business Class from Tokyo to Singapore, you can access the Sakura Lounge by JAL Airlines Group at Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND).

There are quite a few Sakura Lounges at the Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND), as this is one of the busiest airports in Tokyo. The one I visited was suggested by the airport’s JAL staff, and it sure was one of the nice Sakura Lounges there. Below are the reviews and photos in detail:

    Location

A few JAL Sakura Lounges exist at Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND). However, when I asked the airport staff at the information booth which lounge was closer to my gate, she told me about the Sakura Lounge by Gate 114. Actually, you had to walk a bit further down to see the airport lounges sign and then take the escalator or elevator to the first floor to find the JAL Sakura Lounge. The lounge is right in front of the books and drugstore past the transit hotel.

    Access

Like any other JAL Sakura Lounges, this Sakura Lounge at HND airport is accessible if you fly Japan Airlines in Business Class, hold any of the cards, such as Diamond, IG Premier, Sapphire, or have oneworld elite status.

    Seats

Sakura Lounge at Tokyo Haneda Airport is big. There are two sections of the lounge divided by the check-in reception area. So there are plenty of seats, but the lounge can get crowded. There are mostly dining tables and chairs, more than lounging chairs.

    Food

The food served in the Sakura Lounge is not a buffet. You go up to make an order, and the lounge staff prepares the meal for you based on what you choose from the menu. Below is a picture of what they served when I was there.

    Bathroom & Shower Room

The bathroom is nice and clean, and three shower rooms are individually available.

    Massage Room

A massage room inside the Sakura Lounge at Tokyo Haneda Airport also exists. Make sure you check it out because the massage chair is nice. It wasn’t busy when I was there because most lounge guests could easily miss the massage room’s location.

    Conclusion

A few JAL Sakura Lounges exist at Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND). The Sakura Lounge I visited was the one by Gate 114 because it was close to my departure flight from Tokyo to Singapore.
The Sakura Lounge was nice and large, with several seats available for dining and lounging, including planes spotting at the window seats. The lounge offers sweets and bread in a buffet style and food off a small menu. Liquors and drinks are unlimited and self-serving inside the lounge.
