Hilton All-Inclusive Resorts To Use Your Amex Hilton Card Free Weekend Night Reward Certificate [2021]

To redeem the Hilton free night reward, you must call Hilton to book at 1-800-446-6677 or 1-800-548-8690 for Hilton Diamond members. It comes down to the Hilton customer rep that you speak to. Some agents might tell you that if it’s an all-inclusive resort, you cannot use the Hilton Free Weekend Night Reward, period. Some agents may tell you that if there’s a standard room available that’s bookable using Hilton Honors points, then you can use your Hilton Free Weekend Night Reward. 

I called the Hilton Diamond desk to see if I could use my unexpired free night reward at a Hilton all-inclusive resort that’s on the exclusions list mentioned above. To my surprise, the Hilton agent was able to book the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa in Jamaica using my free night reward certificate. She was pretty confident that it’s possible because there’s a standard room award available using Hilton Honors points. Therefore, she was able to book it successfully. 

I called the Hilton Diamdon desk the next day to cancel that “test” reservation. This time the Hilton agent reviewed the reservation and let me know that the reservation was mistakenly made because Hilton Free Weekend Night Reward cannot be redeemed at Hilton’s all-inclusive properties. She went ahead to cancel the reservation for me and told me that it is good that I called in to cancel that reservation, otherwise when I arrive at the resort to perform the check-in, The resort may ask me to pay for the room as opposed to be free. 

To be honest, I don’t really know whether she’s completely right or not about the check-in upon arrival, but one thing she was completely wrong is that while the Hilton Free Weekend Night Reward may not be possible to use at this particular all-inclusive resort, you can use that free night reward at other all-inclusive resorts that are not on the above-mentioned exclusions list! So all I can say is that, if you do not want to risk paying for the stay upon arrival like what that agent told me, you are safer to book the Hilton all-inclusive resorts that are not on the exclusions list. 

Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort is a new all-inclusive resort in Peurto Vallarta Mexico that starts accepting both paid and points reservations for August 16, 2021, and beyond. The resort is just five minutes from the El Malecón boardwalk. This adults-only beachfront resort features 14 restaurants and bars, two infinity pools, and hiking, cycling, or yoga at the beach. Your Hilton Free Weekend Night Reward can score you the standard room: Deluxe Ocean Front Room. Hilton Diamond members may receive complimentary upgrades. 

Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort is accepting new reservations from November 7, 2021.  The resort offers panoramic ocean views, authentic Mexican cuisine, and oceanfront pools. The standard room features a resort view, but if you are a Hilton Honors Diamond member, you are very likely to receive complimentary upgrades to a better view guestroom. 

Hilton Tulum All-inclusive Resort

The Yucatan Playa del Carmen All-Inclusive Resort is part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The resort is a boutique all-inclusive resort that features a rooftop pool and an onsite Peruvian-Japanese restaurant. You can also opt to upgrade to an all-inclusive+ package that gives you access to more dining options at its sister property – the Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort. The room type that starts out at this resort is a Standard King. 

Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort is the sister property of the above-mentioned Yucatan Playa del Carmen All-Inclusive Resort. Hilton Playa del Carmen is a beachfront resort that offers white-sand beach and ocean views. The resort features 10 restaurants, bars, and 24-hour room service. The resort’s Olympic-size swimming pool looks incredible. 

DoubleTree by Hilton Cote des Arcadins All-Inclusive Resort is a new resort in Haiti. The resort is scheduled to open on February 17, 202 but it’s currently not accepting reservations yet. 

Located in the Dominican Republic, Hilton La Romana, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort features live entertainment every night, a selection of onsite restaurants, bars, and room services are also available. The standard room type is a Garden View guestroom, but complimentary room upgrades are available for Hilton elite members. 

For family vacationers, Hilton La Romana, an All-Inclusive Family Resort is a fun beachfront getaway for the entire family. The resort features a brand-new water park with slides and newly renovated rooms and amenities to keep guests of all ages entertained. The start-out room type is a Garden View guestroom, but complimentary room upgrades are available for Hilton elite members. 

The Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao All-Inclusive Resort is a beachfront resort that is scheduled to open in September 2021, but they are currently not accepting reservations just yet. This looks like a nice resort in Curacao that features adult-only pools, an aquapark with water slides, a children’s playground, an art gallery, a cigar lounge, and a dive center. The resort also offers 10 on-site restaurants and lounges.
