The SIA or SilkAir ticket has to be purchased on or before March 15th 2020, for travel up to May 31st 2020. The flight credits along with the bonus credits can be used to book new travel through June 30th 2021. In addition, Singapore Airlines will also waive no-show and rebooking fees to give you the flexibility when you use these flight credits to book new travel.

If you purchased a SIA or SilkAir ticket on or before 15 March 2020, for travel up to 31 May 2020, you can retain the full value of the unused portion of tickets as flight credits. These can be used to book new travel through 30 June 2021. This gives you the flexibility to plan, book and travel from now until then. We will also waive no-show and rebooking fees, allowing customers to truly enjoy the full value of their flight credits.
In addition, bonus flight credits will be awarded to all customers who choose to retain their tickets as flight credits, ranging from USD $50-$350, based on the original cabin class of travel, when making a new SIA booking.

Customers who meet the policy conditions and/or whose flights were cancelled by SIA or SilkAir, but do not wish to retain the value of their tickets as flight credits, will be offered the option of a refund. Cancellation fees and no-show fees will be waived.
