14 Best Wyndham Vacation Resorts in USA You Can Book For 15,000 Wyndham Points Per Night [2020]

Wyndham Rewards Program used to be one of the simplest hotel's rewards program because all Wyndham properties require 15,000 Wyndham points per night for an award night stay. However, in 2019 Wyndham revamped its rewards program and introduced 3 reward night tiers: 7500, 15000 or 30000 points per night required based on the Wyndham property. Several nice Wyndham properties have gone up to 30,000 points per night. Fortunately, the majority of the Wyndham vacation condo properties (a.k.a Club Wyndham or Timeshare) still remain at 15,000 points per night for redemption.

A little disclaimer: This is not about attending timeshare sales. This is about using Wyndham Rewards Points to redeem for an award stay at these timeshare properties across United States. You do not need to be a timeshare owner. If you are a timeshare owner, consider this as a list to give you some ideas on where to vacation next.

Best Wyndham Timeshare Properties in USA You Can Book For 15,000 Wyndham Points Per Night

Club Wyndham Canterbury (15,000 Points/Night ) - San Francisco, California

Located in the heart of the Bay Area, the Canterbury is your gateway to top San Fransisco sights such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown. This timeshare Club Wyndham property offers one and two bedroom suites that come with a separate living area, kitchenette, sleeper sofa, free WiFi, cable TV and so much more. With how expensive San Fransisco can be, this definitely is one of the best uses of your Wyndham points. Standard 1 bedroom suite requires 15,000 points per night.

The Donatello (15,000 Points/Night) - San Fransisco, California

Located near the Union Square, the Donatello is a studio condo-style accommodation with an Italian restaurant in the Bay Area. The property offers many amenities including a fitness center, hot tub and sauna. There's also a rooftop lounge for incredible views of the San Francisco skylines. For 15,000 Wyndham points, you can book into the studio that comes with a king bed and a sofa sleeper along with other hotel amenities.

Inn at the Opera (15,000 Points/Night) - San Francisco, California

Inn at the Opera is another great option for Wyndham rewards points. As the name suggests, this Inn is situated near the vibrant Opera House and museums. The decor of each room is influenced by the European and French style. The room types range from studio to bedroom suite just like home. In addition, the Inn also offers complimentary breakfast for guests every morning. I'd like to call this Inn at the Opera a Bed and Breakfast at the Opera! 15,000 Wyndham points per night will you get into the studio room type plus free breakfast for 2!

Club Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort (15,000 Points/Night) - Oceanside, California

The Club Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort is a family-friendly condo resort with beach and pier access. The property features hotel room type, studio and bedroom suites with a view of the Pacific ocean. You can relax in the Skyroom library and lounge for an incredible seaside vista, or soak up the sun at the outdoor pool and hot tub. Suites are available with full kitchens, individual bedrooms and living areas, washers and dryers, whirlpool tubs, and private balconies. Club Wyndham Midtown 45 (15,000 Points/Night) - New York City, New York

The Big Apple is not cheap when it comes to an accommodation that offers convenient location to New York City's top attractions. The Midtown 45 offers amazing East Midtown location that's just blocks away from iconic sites like the United Nations Headquarters and Grand Central Station. The property takes pride in its 33rd floor Sky Lounge with outdoor seating to enjoy the view of New York City from above. This vacation rental provides free WiFi in every room, features bathroom with rain shower and unbelievable views. The standard guest room for 15,000 points redemption is a hotel-style deluxe guest room only, but it still beats paying for the room somewhere else during peak time in New York City.

How To Book Wyndham Vacation Resorts Using Wyndham Points

As far as timeshare property's redemption goes, keep in mind the following:
  • You don't need to attend any timeshare presentation.
  • There's a minimum 2-night stays redemption required, so you must have at least 30,000 Wyndham Rewards Points in your account.
  • Availability in popular destination can be tough to find.
  • Redeeming and booking can be done on Wyndham Vacation Clubs Website.
