UPDATES:

  • Sad News August 2021:

Marriott Bonvoy Credit Cards offer an annual Marriott Free Night 35k Certificate that’s worth up to 35,000 points per night at Marriott Bonvoy property.

The goal here is to use the certificate at a Marriott Bonvoy property that the cash price is high. Hawaii destination is a great example of a place to use such a certificate because the hotels and resorts there can be very expensive. Plan this with your significant other so that you both can combine those Marriott’s free night certificates to get multiple nights instead of just one night.

The options to use Marriott Free Night 35k Certificate in Hawaii are getting a lot smaller as the Marriott Bonvoy program has increased the category for a few of their Hawaii properties from category 5 to category 6.
Moreover, as of August 2021, Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay is also leaving the Marriott Bonvoy program on August 25, 2021.
If you are looking for category 6 and category 7 off-peak Marriott hotels & resorts in Hawaii for your Marriott Free Night 50k Certificate, see the following post:
