Wyndham has acquired La Quinta, but the integration is not completed yet until April 3, 2019. Up until today, both sides of members can transfer their points from one program to another at 1:1 ratio.
With today's announcement of Wyndham rewards changes effective April 3, 2019, Wyndham also set March 31st deadline for the transfer from La Quinta Return Points to Wyndham Rewards Points.

With today's announcement of Wyndham rewards changes effective April 3, 2019, Wyndham also set March 31st deadline for the transfer from La Quinta Return Points to Wyndham Rewards Points.
- Now through March 31st, you may manually transfer La Quinta points to Wyndham points at 1:1 ratio.Â
- After March 31st, your La Quinta points will be automatically transferred to Wyndham Rewards points at the ratio based on the status you have with Wyndham.
- Gold, Platinum and Diamond Members: 1 La Quinta point = 1 Wyndham point (1:1 ratio).
- Sliver Member: 2 La Quinta points = 1 Wyndham point (2:1 ratio).
For those that don't have elite status other than the basic Silver status with Wyndham, act now or you will lose half the value of your La Quinta points after March 31, 2019. Similarly for those that are with La Quinta, if you have any redemption in mind with La Quinta Return Points, redeem them now prior to March 31, 2019.
