Today I just received my new Chase World of Hyatt Credit Card that I applied for and got approved despite the Chase's 5/24 rule. In the meantime, I just received an email from Hyatt with a subject "Get 10% of Your Redeemed Points Back"

I have to admit, Hyatt processes the benefits and exclusive promotions for Hyatt credit card member faster than the arrival of the credit card itself. Earlier last week, I got upgraded to the Discoverist status as part of the benefits of the new World of Hyatt credit card prior to receiving the credit card, and today I already received the 10% points back cardmember exclusive offer.

  • Enjoy this cardmember exclusive: Get 10% of your redeemed points back!
  • Offer Link (Check your email if you are currently a Hyatt credit card member or have recently been approved for the Hyatt credit card). Follow the link in the email to register. 
  • Register by August 31, 2018 then redeem your points between August 1 and September 30, 2018. 
    • [Update] Booking date does not matter, but you must stay between August 1 and September 30, 2018. 
Just make sure to register by August 31, 2018. The promotion applies to both 100% points stay or points + cash stays. But that's not all, room upgrades, dinning and spa services that you redeem Hyatt points also qualify. The activity needs to be completed between August 1 and September 30, 2018, but your stays can happen after that. The 10% points back will appear as Bonus Points and will automatically be deposited into your World of Hyatt account after the points have been used.
